Hey guys,

Haven’t written in this blog for a while. I’ve been swamped. I’ve been caught up in managing my crepe shop and also working in real estate. I think the market is really turning. There has been a couple times that our offers have been overbid, and these were pretty strong offers too. A house that we bid on the other day had TWENTY competing bids. In our office, our sales figures are starting to outnumber our new listings figures. The signs are definitely there. I think we are hitting the bottom this year. Hopefully this is the sign of a steady recovery of the real estate industry here in Sacramento. But boy, there are really a great amount of great deals out there right now. Those who are in a position to buy right now are going to be living high on the hog in about 5 years.
